FOR USED DEVICES

The customer is given 3 days from purchase to fully test to ensure that the device is in perfect working condition. Within these days, the customer is allowed to return the device for a replacement. We may not do refunds except the replacement is not available or the refund would come with a 25% sur-charge of the value of the product at the time of purchase.
The product will however be subject to an Internal inspection of the product at our Service Centre. This excludes any bulk deals over two units. TAB Digitals will not facilitate any bulk deal returns. All faulty products will be covered in the relevant product warranty. Refunds is done between 1-72 hours.
To process a return, refund or exchange please send an email to sales@tabdigitals.com with your request and we will arrange the necessary.

FOR NEW DEVICES
Items received in good condition may not be returnable. However, if a return is permitted, it would come with a 25% sur-charge of the value of the product at the time of purchase. Return must be done within the first 3 days of the invoice date. You will only be eligible for a refund if the product is returned to our centre with the original tax invoice. If an item is purchased via the online store, you can request we pickup the item or you bring it in to any of our centre. Should you wish to receive a refund please email a request to sales@tabdigitals.com. You may return opened and unsealed products purchased at an TAB Digitals store and receive a refund of the purchase price less 50% within 10 days of the date of purchase. TAB Digitals levies a charge on returns of unsealed products because the item would not be re-sold as a new product but as a used product. The product will however be subject to an Internal inspection of the product at our Service Centre. This excludes any bulk deals over two units. Unsealed software products, software subscriptions, gift cards and In-ear products may not be returned to TAB Digitals and are not eligible for refunds. If you have entered into a contract with a mobile cellular operator, returning a product bought from TAB Digitals will not cancel your contract with the mobile cellular operator. You will continue to be responsible for that contract and for any charges and fees that are associated with that contract. WARRANTIES
The products and services that are sold by TAB Digitals are sold “as is” and “as available”. TAB Digitals does not give any express guarantee or warranty regarding the performance of any product or services and excludes any implied warranties to the full extent that is permitted by law. The manufacturers of the products sold by TAB Digitals may provide a manufacturer’s warranty in respect of their branded products. This manufacturer’s warranty is not given by TAB Digitals although TAB Digitals may be responsible for providing certain warranty service under this manufacturer’s warranty in terms of its arrangements with those manufacturers.
In the event of a device requiring service, you are responsible to ensure that any screen protector, cover or third party add-on is removed prior to obtaining service.
TAB Digitals will not be held liable for the cost to replace any third party add-on’s such as “Screen protectors, Covers etc” as these will have to be removed in order to facilitate any form of service / assessment.

PRICING CHANGES
TAB Digitals reserves the right at any time and without giving you any advance notice to make changes to the prices of goods and services that are sold and to correct any pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. TAB Digitals is not liable for any typographical errors that may occur.

BUSINESS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Quotations are valid for 7 days, however due to the volatility of the Naira/USD & Naira/Euro exchange rate, please note that prices published by TAB Digitals business may change without notice.

PRE-ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Pre-Orders allows you to secure a newly launched product prior to availability in-store.
Pre-Orders can only be secured by completing a full payment or a deposit payment. TAB Digitals may choose to use one or all payment options.
Full payment Pre-Orders are prioritised. TAB Digitals will endeavor to ensure that Pre-Orders will be fulfilled as soon an inventory is available, however on occasion there may be delays due to supply constraints.
Should you wish to change or cancel your Pre-Order, you will need to follow the current TAB Digitals refund process. Please refer to our refund and return funds section in our terms and conditions
Pre-Orders will be delivered by courier or you will be able to collect your Pre-Order from our store upon an agreed date.

TRADE-IN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Trade-in can be initiated offline or online but is completed in-store only. Customer can come in-store or request a dispatch rider to come pick it up.

Delivery process is as safe as the delivery company guarantees. However, we would not be responsible for any acclaimed damage that may occur before or after transit.

The value of the trade-in during the in-store valuation process is subject to the applicant being the lawful owner of the device with physical proof of ownership and the device being in good working order, with no damage whatsoever to the screen, no liquid damage, no damage to the outer shell, including any scratches or small dents, and the device has not had any unauthorized repairs.

Provided the conditions afore-mentioned are met, we would pay between 50-75% of our valuation of the device

TAB Digitals may reject or decrease the amount of the trade-in valuation if the above conditions are not met or are found to be untrue.

A reduced trade-in amount may be paid if the working charger/power cable does not accompany the device when trading it in.

Assessment results are final after in-store validation

All user data must be removed from the device.

Device Trade-in will not be considered if the serial number on device has been removed, damaged or hidden or if the device itself has been altered, tampered with in any way. TAB Digitals will not be held liable for any misrepresentation caused due to an unintentional copy error, and/or omission that may occur on any of our and your material.

The grading criteria are as follows: Visual inspection to determine external condition:

Very light scratches - no value reduction
Light but noticeable scratches on case - 10% reduction in value
Light but noticeable scratches on display - 20% reduction in value Noticeable dents or significant scratches - 30% reduction in value Device bent/cracked or other severe damage - 75% reduction in value

Device functional tests – there will be a 90% reduction in value if the device does not function properly in respect of any of the following:

Display check - discolouration and touch functionality Home button
Proximity Sensors
Cameras front and back
Vibe motor
Accelerometer
Wi-Fi
Bluetooth
Cellular and Sim recognition Microphone and Speaker Charging and Battery holds charge Other Buttons
Sim Tray present
Find my iPhone disabled - trade-in rejected if not disabled

A value is determined by taking Excellent Condition value as determined by TAB Digitals less the value reductions above. The reductions are not cumulative.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Additional terms and conditions may apply to specific products and services that sold by TAB Digital. Those terms and conditions form part of these Terms and Conditions of Sale and you agree that you are bound by them. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions of Sale and any specific terms and conditions applicable to any particular product or service, the specific terms and conditions will apply.

PROMOTIONS 
One promotion can not be used in conjunction with another.

TAB Digitals SALE
Terms and conditions apply. Open box units may be brand new with opened, shop-soiled or without packaging. The customer is given 3 days warranty from purchase to fully test to ensure that the device is in perfect working condition unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer.

All offers are valid while stocks last. Stock levels may vary by store and can only be checked at your nearest store. Stock cannot be checked centrally from the call centre as stock will change throughout the day.

No stock can be reserved as purchases will be treated on a first come first serve basis. Certain product deals are limited to a certain number of units. Once the pre-determined number of units has been reached, the deal will come to an end and the product will be sold at the normal price. Accessories do not include devices shown in the images. We will not be held liable for any misrepresentation caused due to an unintentional copy error, typing error and/or omission that may occur on any of our material. E&OE.

REPAIRS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Our services include part replacements, maintenance, motherboard fixing, data recovery etc.
Ensure you fill a form (online/ offline) for record purpose. Only Customers with evidence of form filled will we respond/ attend to.
Most repair work is done within 1- 72 hours. If it would extend, we would inform you right ahead. After your device gets to us we would carry out a diagnosis, inform you to grant us your permission to go ahead with the fixing. However, there are cases that we may go ahead with the fixing without informing you.
for replacements, the customer is required to make at least 70% down payment. Gadgets not picked up after conclusions have been made on it after 4 weeks is at owners risk and will attract an extra thousand Naira per week of delayed pickup.

We work only on the complaints stated by the customer. warranty on repair work is basically 72 hours. Customer is encouraged to test and be sure that the work done is done perfectly. Warranty doesn't cover accessories nor physical damage by the customer. E.g. Broken screen. The pickup and delivery process is safe and secure but we do not take responsibility for any damage/loss that may occur in the process.

PAY LATER
Terms and conditions for this is as stated by our financial partners.

TAB Digitals may change these terms and conditions as a result of changes in legislation, changes to the agreements with our suppliers, and/or changes to business rules. Please therefore keep yourself fully informed of the terms and conditions at all times, as this remains your responsibility.

TAB Digitals will not be held liable for any misrepresentation caused due to an unintentional copy error, and/or omission that may occur on any of our material. E&OE (errors and omissions excepted).

The value of the committed amount is subject to the Customer being the lawful owner of the device and the device being in good working order and condition and in particular.
